Ann Smith is the Executive Manager Service Development and Quality. Ann is a qualified Social Worker with 20 years experience working in the community sector. Additionally Ann completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Sociology. Ann’s previous roles have included Regional Manager within homelessness, housing, crisis accommodation, drug & alcohol, mental health and aged sector, with further experience within the family violence field and quality assurance.

Ann developed and managed a student unit and was the co-ordinator of a debriefing team for over 10 years, having advanced qualifications in critical incident debriefing. Ann is passionate about human rights and social justice issues and has a strong belief in excellent customer service.
