Relationships are essential to daily life. Yet, relationships, whether with a spouse, child, parent, ex-partner or even a work colleague, can be complicated and, at times, challenging.

About Facilitators and Educators
LifeWorks’ programs are delivered by experienced, tertiary qualified, specialist educators in a variety of formats. You can attend a program as an individual, a couple or as part of a group workshop. You can also make a private, confidential appointment. Some of LifeWorks’ programs are also delivered online for couples living in remote, rural and regional areas.

The Bringing Baby Home Program is designed to provide new or expectant parents facing the myriad of changes and new experiences associated with bringing their first baby home with tools, knowledge and skills.
What’s different in step-families? Living in a step-family brings both challenges and highlights. This program provides an opportunity to explore the unique relationships between couples, children, ex-partners and extended family.
This practical course explores the triggers of anger, alternative ways of reducing and managing your anger and understanding the connection between anger and stress.
The ‘Prepare-Enrich’ Committed Couples (Private Sessions) program is the leading national relationship questionnaire and skill building program.
LifeWorks has been funded to deliver a unique parenting course for fathers. This free 9 week group program designed specifically for dads of babies to young teenagers.
The aim of this course is to build confidence and improve workplace relationships by discovering how to be assertive in the workplace in a positive and productive manner.

This one day workshop provides Managers and HR Staff with the necessary skills and practice so that they are able to facilitate positive outcomes amongst their staff or other parties who might be in conflict.
