The LifeWorks management team are dedicated to ensuring that every facet of the organisation, from IT systems to counselling, is operating to provide our clients with high quality professional relationship services that make a difference to them, their families, workplaces and the community.

Janet Jukes, Chief Executive Officer

Janet Jukes is CEO of LifeWorks Relationship Counselling and Education Services. Janet joined LifeWorks in 2014 bringing with her extensive experience in the non government human services sector. Janet has worked in management, service delivery and policy across several fields including youth and family services, homelessness, family violence, community legal services, and research.

Cath Tregillis, Stream Manager – Dispute Resolution Services

Cath Tregillis, Stream Manager – Dispute Resolution Services

Cath Tregillis is the Stream Manager of Dispute Resolution Services and leads a team of professional mediators who provide dispute resolution services to areas covering Melbourne City, Frankston, Wyndham and Geelong. Cath is accredited with the Attorney General’s Department to provide family dispute resolution under the Family Law Act 1975.

Justine Dalla Riva, Manager – Marketing and Communications

Justine Dalla Riva, Manager – Marketing and Communications

Justine Dalla Riva is LifeWorks’ Manager of Marketing and Communication and joined LifeWorks in 2014 after 10 years in the cancer supportive care sector. Justine has a broad skill base which includes the hands on execution of both print and digital marketing campaigns, website and mobile app development, database management, analytics, event and trade management.

Julie McPhee, Stream Manager – Finance

Julie McPhee is LifeWorks’ Finance Manage and brings to the roll a strong background and significant experience in both managerial and financial accounting in Government, semi-Government business not-for profit and business sectors.

Margaret Hodge, City & Satellite Branch Manager

Margaret Hodge, City & Satellite Branch Manager

Margaret Hodge has worked in the Family Violence sector for the past 18 years as a group facilitator, counsellor, supervisor and trainer. She has been involved with a women’s outreach domestic violence service for approximately fifteen years, both as a Board Member and in the provision of services.

Maria Singleton, Wyndham Branch Manager

Maria Singleton has over 30 years experience in counselling, leadership and management roles. Before joining LifeWorks, Maria worked in the area of short-term counselling, crisis and referral services primarily for relationship, family violence, parenting and mental health issues.

Lena Bisognin, Frankston Branch Manager

Lena Bisognin, Frankston Branch Manager

Lena Bisognin is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, a Family Therapist and a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist. Lena knows that no single approach is right for everyone so has trained to work in a range of therapeutic modalities, including systems, narrative and family therapy, NLP, CBT ACT and other TLA (3 letter acronyms) that can be adapted as needed.
