Andrew Brookes commenced his career at The Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Society Limited in 1979 as a Graduate Cadet. He had a variety of roles over his 22 years with the group and worked in a number of States and overseas. Andrew’s roles included those of Group Compliance Manager, Group Superannuation Manager and leading the team responsible for negotiating a joint venture life insurance operation in the Peoples’ Republic of China.
Rosemary Heir has a highly successful track record as CEO and Board Director in the not-for-profit sector particularly in service delivery and leadership of major organisation transformations. Rosemary was CEO of the YMCA for over 12 years, overseeing a period of great change and extraordinary growth in the organisation in Victoria.
Marika Hubble-Marriott is an experienced litigation lawyer who commenced at Russell Kennedy in 1999 and become a Principal in 2006. Marika is an integral member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Team.
The Reverend Stuart Soley has been the Parish Priest of Saint Mark the Evangelist, Fitzroy, since July 2011. Stuart has worked as Precentor of a Metropolitan Cathedral and is a member of the Archbishop in Council. He has managed the merger of neighbouring parishes, the construction of a new church and fostered the development of partnerships with Anglican agencies.
Sally Baker is Special Counsel and Accredited Family Law Specialist at Mills Oakley Lawyers. Sally has practiced exclusively in all aspects of Family Law for over 15 years.
Brooke Pearson is a manager in the KPMG Enterprise practice, specialising in the provision of accounting, tax and advisory services for family owned and medium sized business. She has worked across a diverse range of industries.
William Couche is an International Fellow in Board and Organisational Development with experience in juvenile justice, youth policy, homelessness, family welfare and foster care. He has been involved in policy development and as an advisor to government in several policy areas. He has been the CEO of Odyssey House, the Anglican Mission to Streets and Lanes and Anglican Health and Welfare in WA.
Vicki Davidson is a Director of Quest Consulting, specialising in service planning and change management. She has worked in senior leadership roles at the City of Melbourne and been a Board member of Western Hospital, Melbourne Primary Health Care Network and MAPS Group. She is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
