At LifeWorks, we are committed to contributing to the counselling profession by supporting student counsellors through our supervised program. LifeWorks is in partnership with Swinburne University and works with their post-graduate students with at least one prior generalist counselling placement. If you are a student at Swinburne, please speak to your supervisor about opportunities at LifeWorks.
From time to time, LifeWorks has specialist one-off projects that students in other disciplines might be interested in. For example, Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Marketing Communications or Photography.

Keeping Safe Together Project (KST)
The Keeping Safe Together Project is a family therapeutic and case management response for the provision of trauma informed therapeutic case management. Keeping Safe together is a new and innovative therapeutic demonstration project funded by the Department of Health and Human Services. The project will provide support for whole families wanting to stay safe and live a life free from violence. This new evidence-based, multidisciplinary approach will focus on the specific individual support needs of each member of the family, including men who use violence.
